SimplyCRM Terms of Service

These terms apply to SimplyCRM, run by David Neufeld, operating as DOUFT, in Manitoba, Canada. Contact: [email protected].

Your account. You are responsible for your account and for the people you give access to. Keep your login safe.

Your customers. You are responsible for having the right to contact your customers, for following anti-spam and privacy laws, and for telling callers when calls are recorded.

AI. SimplyCRM uses AI to help write and send replies. AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for checking what you send and for what you choose to automate.

Acceptable use. Do not use SimplyCRM for spam, unlawful or misleading messages, or to break the rules of Meta, WhatsApp, TikTok, Google or phone carriers.

Plans and payment. Current prices are shown on simplycrm.ai and in the app. Plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time, and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. All fees and credits are final once paid or used, because we pay our providers for them. Refunds are at our discretion, except where the law requires one. Usage such as calls and texts may be charged as shown in the app.

Your content. Your information stays yours. You let us use it only to run the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how.

Availability. We work to keep SimplyCRM running but cannot promise it is never interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending. You can stop any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba and Canada.

Changes. We will post changes and update the date here. Effective November 6, 2026.
