Delete your data

SimplyCRM is run by David Neufeld, operating as DOUFT, in Mitchell, Manitoba, Canada. This page explains how to have your information deleted.

Ask us to delete your information

1. Email david@douft.ca from the email address we have for you, or tell us which phone number or account the request is about.
2. Tell us what you want deleted: everything, or only certain information.
3. We confirm when it is done, within 30 days.

We may keep what the law requires us to keep, such as billing records.

If you connected Facebook or Instagram

You can disconnect your Page or Instagram account in the SimplyCRM app at any time. You can also remove SimplyCRM in your Facebook settings: Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business Integrations, then remove SimplyCRM (Douft Ads). When a connection is removed, we delete its access token and stop using that account. To have the data we already received from it deleted, email us as above.

If you are a customer of a business using SimplyCRM

You can ask that business to delete your information. You can also ask us, and we will pass your request to that business and confirm with you when it is done.

Stop texts and emails

To stop texts, reply STOP to any text. To stop emails, use the Unsubscribe link in the email.
